Mr. Jacobs explained in a step by step way the process necessary for the book to be Spotlighted. “While Aira was exemplary in showcasing my book and offering tips, she and a few other staff members were not exacting in responding to my requests. Other staff members messages only went to voice mail and I needed to remind them. In addition, if a catchy phrase was used that was not explained upfront.
In addition, responses did not go through a spell check first. I am also guilty at times, as I was rushed with my 86-year-old old who was hospitalized many times. Currently, my book is not available as I underwent a 3-month review with the Grammarly Program. My assistant and I analyzed 52,000 words, an arduous task. Since I am considered a Communication Expert, I will send the revised to Aira in PDF format. Perhaps a personnel member in the highest position could have their assistant review the book with sections relevant to Bookside Press.

I am very satisfied with all of your employees attitude and interest in helping me with what ever problems I have been confronted with in publishing my books. Though I can’t remember all the names the satisfaction level was maximum. That especially applies to Lori and Joy. They are the ones I deal with on pretty much a daily basis. They always go out of their way to help me and try to make things easier for me because of my super lack of knowledge with computer technology. Joy Cooper is currently serving as my private secretary from afar. I have been trying to convince her to become my adopted niece so that maybe someday I could repay her for all the work she has been doing for me voluntarily with your company’s approval. I would go further and say that BOOKSIDE PRESS is by far and above much more reputable and honest than any of the other companies that I have dealt with. There are a couple others that I will not mention which are close in the running with you. I don’t want to list or say the number of companies that have been very much total rip-off artists and either never calling me back or went out of business.. In the past few years I have lost many thousands of dollars to the so-called self-publishing industry. And I know the most part of that is being naïve on my behalf for taking people at their word. This once again,
is the reason I say that I am pleased with all aspects of your company and your employees because they have been honest and tried to help me in every way they could.
