Theresa Shields is a rising author from Baltimore, Maryland who wrote her first book, Lilbeebye Stings Bully. She wrote this book hoping she could help someone who is a victim of bullying.
My writing journey is not a conventional one. I was not a writer by trade, nor had I ever intended to become an author. It all started with a spiritual inspiration that awakened me at 3 am one morning. I felt spirit led me to create a superhero cartoon character,”lilbeebye.” that defended kids who were bullied and unable to protect themselves. I want kids to understand the importance of getting along with others. This book is for children seven and up.
